I love to browse around the internet and see the different ways that women have found to wear their baby. There is some amazing information available and I have compiled a list of some of my favorite links here for you to browse. If you have a favorite site that I don't have listed, please e-mail it to me so I can add it! (bellaslings@gmail.com)
mamatoto.org - This site is also found at wearyourbaby.com. It is a fabulous site that outlines wraps, pareos, podeagis, shawls, ring slings, native slings, and more. There are lots of detailed instructions and pictures to show the best ways to use each sling, as well as lots of discussions about what slings are good for what purposes and the history of each sling.
mothering.com - This site has great discussion forums about any and everything you can think of that is babywearing related. You can browse the blogs, or ask questions with other moms with varying levels of experience.
H.U.G.S. - It stands for Help Us Give Slings and it is a great organization that is helping out the poor families that were displaced by the tsunamis and earthquakes in 2004. You purchase a beautiful Indonesian selendang sling and the proceeds benefit the people in Indonesia by providing work and slings. Check it out!
upmama.com - This site has some great videos for learning the different positions of ring slings. She does a great job explaining each step in detail.
thebabywearer.com - This is another great forum site where you can find the answers to any of your questions. You can also comment on the different slings that you have tried (you can go there to give Bella Slings props!)
peppermint.com - This link has some great wrap instructions with pictures. I like to wrap like the Moby wraps instruct so that the stretchy panel is on the outside of the sling. The stretchy material makes it easy to pull up over your baby.
the lil caliph - This link has some great native picture instructions. It's a great all-inclusive site.
Zolowear - This site has some very all-encompassing carrying instructions for ring slings and native slings.
Divacup.com - This isn't babywearing-related, but I recently purchased a Divacup and I LOVE it! My "time of the month" has totally been ROCKED!
